Compliancefold is maintenance and compliance management software (CMMS) - equipment records, preventive maintenance schedules, and work orders - for facilities and the agencies that inspect and regulate them.
What we text about
A facility's designated contact or manager may receive SMS messages from Compliancefold about that facility's inspections, maintenance work orders, and equipment warranty deadlines - for example, an inspection being scheduled or completed, a work order needing attention, or a warranty expiring soon.
How you opt in
You opt in yourself, for your own number. Signed in to Compliancefold, go to Account settings → Text message notifications, enter your mobile number, and tick the consent box. Nobody can opt you in on your behalf: the box is only ever presented to the account holder whose number it is, and consent is recorded against that specific number.
Texts are optional and are never a condition of using Compliancefold. To stop them, untick the box or remove your number on that same page, or reply STOP to any message. Changing your number to a different one also clears your consent until you give it again for the new number.

Frequency, rates, opt-out
- Message frequency varies with facility activity - typically a few messages per month, sent only when something relevant to that facility happens.

Privacy
Phone numbers collected for SMS notifications are used only to send the notifications described on this page. We do not sell or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
